plump pieces of chicken breast, in our mediterranean spiced lemon-garlic marinade, then charbroiled on the grill and minced lamb mixed together with Mediterranean spices and slow cooked on a vertical skewer, then thinly sliced and served with our homemade Tzatziki sauce.
